The team behind Prism Wealth Management is made up of qualified financial professionals who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their ideal retirements.
I’m a Christian, a husband, a father, and a financial advisor that works with people who need help preparing for retirement.
I am an independent financial advisor that also hosts the Wealth of Ohio Show & Podcast on WAKR 93.5 fm. In addition to passing the Series 65 securities exam, I also hold life & health insurance licenses and I’m a National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas.
I believe that everyone should have a plan for retirement that helps them feel comfortable and confident. Everyone’s circumstances are different—but I think too many people miss out on opportunities to enjoy the early years of retirement because they’re too worried about what may happen in the future.
I married my amazing wife Leslie in 2014, and we have two wonderful children: Daphne and Robbie. Between church, school, work, sports, and volunteering—our calendar stays pretty packed! But we really enjoy having time for small family vacations each year. I am an independent, duly licensed financial advisor who passed the Series 65 securities exam. I also hold life and health insurance licenses. In addition to hosting the Wealth of Ohio Podcast and Radio Show, I also serve as the Treasurer for the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties.
I firmly believe that we wouldn’t have the success we do today if it weren’t for our community’s support. That’s why we also give back: Whether sponsoring an event at the Wooster Chamber of Commerce or helping local charities with a 5k or golf tournament, I want people to know that we’re here to serve them!
Director of Client Services & Chief Compliance Officer
Matt grew up in Wayne County and lives in Wooster with his wife Ashley and their two dogs, Boon and Woodford. While not at work, you can probably find him around town swinging a hammer either on his own home or for a local contractor. He also enjoys going to the family cabin on Odell Lake, construction, and wrenching on his 2001 Mazda Miata.
As Director of Client Service, Matt assists Robert in developing the financial plans for our clients. The phrase guides him, “a goal without a plan is just a wish.” Each plan must be written down so we can see it, track it, and test it. Matt enjoys the challenges from each new client and specific financial plan for their unique retirement goals.
Director of Marketing & Development
I’m a marketing professional with over a decade of experience developing new business strategies. I’m responsible for developing and overseeing our digital and in-house marketing strategies. I also keep our clients connected by coordinating emails and updating our social media, newsletter, and other communication outlets.
I enjoy volunteering in the community with The Chamber of Commerce and United Way when I’m not planning our next educational workshop or client appreciation event, Or even hosting local events that all can enjoy!
I live with my wife Whitney in Wooster, Ohio, where we have three energetic dogs: Phantom, Sky & Cora. When we are not working hard on our core values (family first), we enjoy spending time outdoors. We love hiking, kayaking, trail riding during the warmer months, and hitting the slopes in the winter.
Client Service Specialist
I’m a detail-oriented person who loves ensuring that things are done right. I have lived in Wooster my whole life, attending Triway High School before attending Akron University. My family consists of my two sons, a 15-year-old and a 9-year-old. I enjoy gardening, reading, traveling, and experiencing life adventures.
My job here at Prism Wealth Management consists of ensuring that our clients are taken care of, which means ensuring their information is always up-to-date and correct. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds; a lot of my job involves working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients. But it’s worth it—because when you’re doing something you love and helping others achieve their financial goals. It just doesn’t get any better than that!
Client Relations Coordinator
I grew up on a gorgeous farm outside Wooster, where my family kept a large pond that was the site of many summertime gatherings. My faith and my daughter are the two most dear things to me. I’ve been a part of a 3-member ministry at Justice Center for ten years now.
I’ve been anticipating customer/client needs and delivering to them since my first job at 15 years old. I have a true passion for client service. I believe that a company is nothing without happy and loyal customers, and their satisfaction is my number one priority. The client should never be taken for granted, and appreciation for their business should be obvious. Assisting in many aspects, from the first appointment scheduling to maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, is something I’m very excited about.
Wayne County is my home, and it seems as though I am connected in some way to many people we come across. I want our clients to have the best experience possible when interacting with us here at Prism Wealth Management.
